Handle suggestions, corrections and questions from shoppers. Log store suggestions, route price errors to the team, and keep the contact queue clear. The voice is always on the shopper's side.

Part-Time Remote

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the contact inbox and social DMs
  • Log store and item suggestions in our tracker
  • Route price error reports to the flyer reader for verification
  • Reply to common questions using the approved FAQ answers
  • Never speculate on prices — route to the flyer reader if unsure

Requirements

  • Responsive and friendly, but concise
  • Comfortable with Albanian and English
  • Understands the GroceryCosts mission (we're on the shopper's side)
  • Able to check in daily
